Mat Turner
I am a freelance dressage trainer based in Yorkshire/Lancashire. I previously worked and trained in Germany for a couple of years for Olympic rider Eva Pracht where I also competed up to Level M (Advanced Medium). Over the years I have trained several horses, mainly in pure dressage, including my own up to advanced level. Most of my time is spent teaching clients and their horses and helping them to achieve their own goals, which vary from being able to trot down the centre line in a prelim test to pefecting flying changes for an Advanced test. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 10 year old daughter, my girlfriend and our horses - training up the levels and towards the regionals. I also enjoy training and improving my own riding with the help of my trainers Olympic rider Joanna Jackson and List 1 judge Steph Cooper. |
